Attention investigators!

Each month, Dept. of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Vice Chair for Research Andrew Krystal, MD, MS, will host a workshop for those planning to submit or in the process of submitting an NIH R01 Research Project Grant or equivalent application.

These will be informal group meetings aimed at helping participants improve the quality of their proposals and assist participants in navigating through the application process. It is understood that the composition of the group will change from month to month. It is not necessary to attend all sessions in order to participate.

Goals

  • Improve the quality of R01 or equivalent applications for participants
  • Provide a support group for those submitting R01 applications

These workshops are open to all DPBS and other UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences researchers in the process of (or planning to) submit an NIH R01 or equivalent research project grant application.
