Like EndNote, F1000 is a powerful research tool that helps you gather, organize, and add citations and references to your article or paper. F1000 at a Glance

Unlike EndNote, F1000 is free to UCSF faculty, staff and students and easy to learn and use. Additionally, the F1000 platform provides article recommendations and an open publishing platform. In this beginning to intermediate level class, Evans Whitaker will take you through the simple steps of this “smarter, not harder” software tool that saves time while improving your research.

The class is presented simultaneously in-person and online. I will send class materials 1-2 days before the class.

Bring your laptop and your questions so we can use real-time examples. The class will run for one hour with 15 minutes at the end for questions.
