This program is shared by a leading psycho-oncologists, Valeria Galetto, PhD, the Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery program is based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga, simple practices designed to let go of fears, concerns, and focus on getting well. Please plan to attend all 10 sessions (9 Mondays and 1 Saturday).
