 ogy and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (DPBS) is tai

 ons That Shape Performance\n\nEveryday conversations shape trust\, account
 ability\, engagement\, and team performance. This interactive session focu
 ses on practical communication skills supervisors can use to better suppor
 t their teams.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nStrengthen communication\, feedbac
 k\, and coaching skills for everyday supervisionExplore how conversations 
 influence trust\, growth\, and accountabilityPractice simple strategies fo
 r clearer and more effective conversationsReflect on common communication 
 challenges supervisors faceThis session is designed for supervisors at all
  experience levels and includes practical discussion and skill-building ac
 tivities that can be applied immediately in the workplace.\n\nRSVP is requ
