Learning objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Understand role of fear overgeneralization and poor extinction for anxiety, and treatments that target extinction
  • Understand role of deficits in reward processing in anxiety and depression, and treatments that target reward processes
  • Understand potential role of reward processes in exposure therapy for anxiety
