Learning objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Describe three key limitations of current transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatments for depression and explain how biomarker-guided approaches could address these limitations
• Identify five different brain stimulation modalities used in interventional psychiatry and their respective clinical applications
• Explain the mechanism and clinical significance of TMS-evoked potentials (TEPs) as potential biomarkers for TMS treatment response in depression
