Please join us on June 18 from 12:00–1:00 pm for a town hall panel presentation on UCSF Support Services. The panel will be in person at the Nancy Friend Pritzker Psychiatry Building Auditorium (675 18th St). We encourage you to join us in person, however you can also join via zoom at:

All department members are also invited to join us after the town hall for a BBQ in honor of Juneteenth from 1:00 – 2:00 pm on the Pritzker Building’s 4th floor terrace. There will be a full BBQ lunch provided as well as giveaways (while supplies last). Come celebrate freedom day with your department colleagues. A separate calendar invitation for this event will follow.

The panel presentation will feature:

  • Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP)
  • Campus Advocacy, Resources, and Education (CARE) Program
  • Office of Restorative Justice
  • Office of the Ombuds

The panel will be an opportunity to hear the services each of these UCSF offices and programs provide, and how to utilize the services when needed. If there is time, we will have questions and answers with the panelists; if not we will provide each presenters contact information for you to follow up with directly.

This town hall presentation is a follow up to last year’s panel discussion on microaggressions. If you are ever a target of microaggressions at work these are some of the UCSF services that can provide support and consultation. If you missed last year’s panel discussion on microaggressions you can find a recording of it on the website we developed focusing on microaggression education and support, as well as the posters from our microaggressions awareness campaign.
