Supporting Students With Executive Functioning Difficulties: Evidence-Based Strategies for Success

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the latest research findings on executive function development and articulate their significance on the life outcomes of individuals with ADHD
  • Apply practical strategies and utilize tools to support the development of executive function skills in youth and young adults, tailoring approaches to both educational and home environments
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate research findings into actionable practices, facilitating the growth of executive function skills across various settings
  • Design and implement a replicable methodology that leverages enhanced executive function skills to improve life outcomes, well-being, and success in essential social functions for individuals with ADHD
