Vitamin Nature: Nature-Based Mental Health Interventions for Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults – A Systematic Review

Learning objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify two ways that nature positively impacts mental health 
  • Understand the relationship between nature, diversity, and inequity 
  • Gain insight into the existing research landscape on nature-based interventions, including limitations and gaps in the literature
  • Acquire practical strategies for recommending nature-based interventions to families in clinical practice
