An Update on Integrative Treatment Options in Women's Mental Health

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Define integrative psychiatry in the context of patient assessment and treatment
  • Describe at least two evidence-based roles for the nutraceutical magnesium in women’s mental health
  • Define the role of the Mediterranean diet in women’s mental health
