• Provide an overview of prevention and intervention school-based programming for newcomer immigrant youths, with a particular focus on a prevention being implemented in the San Francisco Unified School District
• Learn about current state-of-the-art school-based programming for newcomer youths with mental health concerns
• Describe three general types of programming with promising evidence for newcomer youths
• Describe the current evidence base for a prevention program
