Suicide Prevention in Youth

Learning objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe what are the recent trends in the prevalence of suicidal thoughts and behaviors among teenagers, including trends for sexual minority youth
  • Explain two available screening instruments for suicide risk in youth
  • Identify at least one intervention for suicide risk in youth
