At the end of this presentation, learners will:

  • Understand the link between adversity and psychopathology
  • Identify the theories concerning the way in which adversity impacts risk for psychopathology
  • Understand the dimensional model of adversity and psychopathology (DMAP)
  • Have knowledge of the evidence to date supporting the DMAP
