About this series:
We know this is a difficult time for everyone, especially those of you who are serving patients. Please join us for a 10-week webinar series featuring mental health and emotional wellness experts showing how health care providers can reduce personal stress during the COVID-19 outbreak.
These webinars are held via Zoom on Thursdays from noon–1:00 p.m. Advance registration is required.
To help guide the discussion, please email john.mccoy@ucsf.edu your response to the following prompt: "Relationships are critical to our happiness, and there is always room for improvement. On top of that, sheltering-in-place can magnify or create many relationship and family challenges. Esther can share helpful insights into particular relationship dynamics and situations. Please briefly describe a challenge or pose a question."
Given the limited time we have together, we cannot guarantee a response to all questions submitted. All submissions will remain anonymous.
This webinar series is co-sponsored by the UCSF Department of Psychiatry, UCSF Office of Alumni Relations, Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, Mindsight Institute, and the John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation.
