About this series:
We know this is a difficult time for everyone, especially those of you who are serving patients. Please join us for an 8-week webinar series featuring mental health and emotional wellness experts showing how health care providers can reduce personal stress during the COVID-19 outbreak.

These webinars are held via Zoom on Thursdays from noon–1:00 p.m. Advance registration is required.

For this week, we ask that you share any experience of moral distress or moral injury from your recent dealings with COVID-19. In this exercise, we’re defining moral distress as “the inability to act according to one’s core values and obligations due to internal and external constraints".

Given the limited time we have together, we cannot guarantee a response to all questions submitted. All submissions will remain anonymous. Please submit your response during the registration process or via email to john.mccoy@ucsf.edu.

This webinar series is co-sponsored by the UCSF Department of Psychiatry, UCSF Office of Alumni Relations, Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, Mindsight Institute, and the John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation.
