Show yourself some love this February with the 14 Days of Wellness!

UCSF Wellness and Community and UCSF Fitness and Recreation invite you to improve your wellbeing by committing to one wellness activity a day for 14 days. Each wellness activity is centered around the 7 Pillars of Wellness: Social, Emotional, Physical, Career, Environmental, Financial, Spiritual. 

All participants who register will be entered into a drawing to win a prize a day for the 14 days! Two participants who complete the challenge by Friday, February 17 will also be entered into a drawing to win: 

  • (1) One Personal Training or Private Pilates Training Session with a certified UCSF Fitness and Recreation Instructor 
  • A (3) Three-Pack of Pilates Reformer Group Classes at Bakar Fitness Center at UCSF Mission Bay

How to Participate
1. Sign up for the challenge and download the activity calendar HERE >> (everyone who signs up is automatically entered into a daily prize drawing)
2. Complete one activity each day of the challenge on your activity calendar.
3. At the end of the challenge, submit a completed challenge survey by February 17 to be entered into the grand prize drawings HERE >>
