As part of its inaugural speaker series, the UCSF Global Food Initiative (GFI) Program in partnership with the UCSF Office of Sustainability is pleased to welcome Andrew deCoriolis, Director of Strategic Programs & Engagement for Farm Forward. deCoriolis will demystify the myriad food labeling practices used by the poultry industry and discuss what our students, university, and government can do to promote sustainable food purchasing.
