UC Oracles is a Toastmasters International club based at UCSF.
Established in 2001 by a group oriented towards staff development, our club is open to the staff, faculty, students, researchers, post-docs, and residents of UCSF. The Mission of UC Oracles is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop outstanding communication and leadership skills, fostering self-confidence and personal growth.
Are you shy? Tongue-tied? Afraid of public speaking? Or just interested in making some new friends? Toastmasters is designed to help you with these problems! We encourage you to join our Thursday meetings and experience it for yourself. We meet every Thursday (except the first Thursday of the month), from 12-1pm, in Room N-417, on the Parnassus campus.
