International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day

International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day can change your life. It’s the one day a year when people affected by suicide loss gather around the world at events in their local communities to find comfort and gain understanding as they share stories of healing and hope.

This year’s gatherings will include a screening of Life Journeys: Reclaiming Life after Loss, a new American Foundation for Suicide Prevention-produced Survivor Day documentary that traces the grief and healing journey that follows a suicide loss over time.*

UCSF Depression Center faculty and the San Francisco VA Medical Center's Suicide Prevention Program staff will moderate a discussion group after the screening for attendees to share and ask questions.

Admission is free, but advance registration is requested. Drop-ins are welcome.

To RSVP for this event, please register online.
