With Lisa Ploss, MPH, RD, CSO, CDE, FADA

Please join us for this seminar to explore Phytonutrients/ Phytochemicals and their role in nutrition and cancer. What are Phytonutrients/Phytochemicals? Where are they found? What does the current research say about their role in our health, cancer risk and relationship to other chronic diseases? We will also explore the concern about avoiding antioxidants and phytonutrients while undergoing cancer treatment. Finally, we’ll also discuss how to incorporate Phytonutrient/Phytochemical rich foods into our diets.
