PhD students & postdocs: Need help writing your resume or CV for non-academic employment? Come and craft your document at the next OCPD Application Materials Clinic (AMCs) for PhDs.

Join us for an interactive workshop that will teach you how to draft your document in a way that clearly shows why you're a top candidate. Attendees will also have opportunities to participate in activities that will help them critique and compose a better resume or CV.

Learning Outcomes - By the end of this workshop you will be able to:

Explain the difference between a CV and resume, what you’ll be writing & why

Follow the three steps to organize and write a resume or CV like a career counselor

Organize, format and frame your document to better target opportunities that you're interested in
