“Tau Prions: A structure-based understanding of neurodegenerative diseases”

Objectives

Attendees will be able to answer the following:

  • What is the prion model, and how does it pertain to common neurodegenerative diseases?
  • What is the significance of tau prion strains?
  • How might an understanding of strains guide better diagnosis and therapy?
