http://meded.ucsf.libcal.com/event/2588676Join us for a panel conversation with school teachers and administrators about what is happening in today's classrooms. They will inspire us to think about what new skills future health professions students will have.
They will describe how critical thinking is being emphasized, how students are becoming self-regulated learners, and strategies for developing meta-cognition skills in learners.
After the discussion, enjoy networking opportunities at a reception with others from the health professions who are continuing to develop their skills as educators through the Teaching Scholars Program, the Teach for UCSF Certificate Program, and as faculty developers and members of the Academy of Medical Educators.
Hosted by the Teaching Scholars Program Class of 2016 and the Center for Faculty Educators.
