  • Describe "flexible capacity" pertinent to medical decision making
  • Distinguish "medical decisional capacity" from "dispositional capacity"
  • Discuss additional data sources to facilitate dispositional capacity questions
  • Modify decisional capacity method to account for neurocognitive disorders
