Recovering after breast cancer treatment: Exercise for wellness

Want to get started on an exercise program to help your recovery after breast cancer surgery?

Want to improve your health and wellbeing while increasing upper arm strength and mobility?

Classes will be held Tuesdays from 4-5 p.m. from June 19th-August 21st (no class on July 3rd or 10th). Cost is $80/8-session program.

Jane Clark, fitness professional certified by ACE/NASM/ACSM

Jane has sixteen years of experience as a fitness professional in the Bay Area. She is devoted to the field of cancer and exercise and has presented continuing education workshops on this subject matter to other trainers and instructors. She currently provides exercise counseling to cancer patients through the UCSF Cancer Resource Center.
