Break out of the gym and come paddling! Join our group workout sessions and build strength, balance, and stamina while having a fun outdoor experience. We will expand upon the skills learned in the first class, enabling you to paddle more intensely into the varied conditions of Mission Bay. Each session is designed to increase core strength and endurance. Includes all equipment and coached workouts. No previous experience needed. Four classes.
