-deepen your concentration?
-learn how to respond rather than react?
-become more aware of your self?

Then please join us for a guided mindfulness meditation session.

Meditation session will begin on time, so please arrive before starting time so as not to disturb the practice.

Open to beginners and more experienced alike.
