Cancer Center:  Imaging Cancer Workshop 2012

June 4th, the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center will sponsor a one-day symposium on imaging cancer.

The goal is to share approaches and progress in imaging modalities from light-based to radionuclide-based.  Speakers will broadly describe the methods they are using or developing for imaging in tumors and will highlight the types of questions that these methods are answering.

Attendees should expect state-of-art methodologies to be highlighted and presented in context of emerging understanding about tumors and tumor microenvironments.
