Description:

You are invited to a series of free deep breathing, meditation, and relaxation workshops at Parnassus from Wed 8/19 to Fri 8/21. Learn simple and effective tools to release stress, manage negative emotions, increase focus, and re-energize. These techniques and tips will be useful throughout your life! The sessions will also include a discussion of the sources of energy in our daily lives. Feel free to attend one, two, or all of the sessions - the content will vary by session.

What: Breathing, Meditation, & Relaxation Workshops
When: Wednesday 8/19, Thursday 8/20, and Friday 8/21, from 12pm-1pm each day
Where: UCSF Parnassus Campus - Meet at Saunders Court (we may move into a nearby classroom after the session starts, so please be on time or call if you can’t find us)
