“Now What?” A Workshop to Help Cancer Survivors Find Their ‘Way’

Mount Zion

6:00 PM- 8:00 PM

  • Wednesday, July 29, 2009
Description:

Re-entering life after cancer treatment can be one of the hardest parts of the cancer journey. Cancer survivors often find themselves left without their support team while being asked to re-engage into the life they had before the “cancer detour.” They can easily find themselves stuck, asking “Now what?” In this experiential workshop, survivors will explore the “lessons from their cancer journey” to gain insight as to who they have become and what they want from their life. From these lessons, the cancer survivor will begin to find their “way” with more clarity and direction. Presented by the UCSF Cancer Survivorship Program and An Unexpected Journey. Pre-registration is requested; call 415.476.0275 to register.
