Description:

Take your stability ball core training to the next level with the BOSU Ballast Ball. Challenge every muscle in your power center with this booty-lifting, ab-sculpting experience, combining 50% standing Pilates integrated movements and 50% Pilates mat work. The perfect workout for optimal lower body conditioning and core strengthening. Small group class; limited to 10 participants. (6 classes; no class 9/2)
