Description:

Transform familiar mat routines into new and challenging exercises with rings, rollers, balls, and other small accessories. Enhance your balance, core stability, strength and flexibility. Unwind with simple self-massage techniques using the foam roller to release tension, improve joint function,
and decrease pain. Small group class; limited to 10 participants.  (6 classes)
