Join us for this two-week series of early morning workouts on beautiful Mission Bay. You’ll experience a variety of land and water exercises to strengthen your core, and kayakers of all abilities will develop a core-powered forward stroke. Perfect for beginners, this class utilizes stable double kayaks. If you have completed our Introduction to Sea Kayaking Course, or an equivalent, you can experience this core workout in a traditional single kayak. Sign up with a friend, or get ready to make a new one! (4 classes)
