Spin the hoop and feel the joy of movement, just like when you were a kid. Master the techniques of hula hooping, integrated with dance and yoga, for improved hand-eye coordination, flexibility, mobility, and core strength. This fun and fresh approach to fitness relieves stress, burns calories for weight loss, builds strength, and improves cardiovascular endurance. All levels welcome.
