Description:

Yoga offers many tools to maintain a healthy back and reclaim comfortable movement. Learn about lower back anatomy, achieve awareness of posture and breath, and discover exercises that keep the hips mobile, the abdominals strong, and the hamstrings flexible. Small group class; limited to 10 participants. (4 classes)
