Leona is a fee-only certified financial planner and enrolled agent in private practice since 1991.  She established her practice on the belief that consumers in today’s economic environment require tax and financial planning counsel with demonstrated skill and high level of experience.  Her clientele includes small business owners, high net-worth individuals/couples and U.S. citizens associated with large corporations working abroad.
